Visit this page regularly for what we have coming up and what workshops are on the horizon!
We may be down a little winding valley road, but our workshops in the shed are presented by some of the best in their field, both local and from a far. Most workshops include a delicious, fresh and seasonal farm-to-table lunch. We hope you find something that looks exciting to you, if you do please book early or express your interest. We look forward to sharing these experiences with you in a supportive, fun environment in our farm shed.
Date: Saturday 9th September
As warmth begins and awakens the buds into blossom, so does the body start to wake. Take a day to rejuvenate, warm up and be energised with a wonderful introduction to Spring through mindful yoga practice led by Emily Rose Yoga. Combine this with learning about the connection between the soil, microbial world and our own body in the vegetable garden. We’ll eat a delicious farm to table lunch together and spend time relaxing in meditation, walking in the beautiful peppermint forest and breathing in the alpine air.
This retreat is suitable for all levels.
