Visit this page regularly for what we have coming up and what workshops are on the horizon!
We may be down a little winding valley road, but our workshops in the shed are presented by some of the best in their field, both local and from a far. Most workshops include a delicious, fresh and seasonal farm-to-table lunch. We hope you find something that looks exciting to you, if you do please book early or express your interest. We look forward to sharing these experiences with you in a supportive, fun environment in our farm shed.
Date: 17th June, 10am – 6pm
Cost: $180 pp
Venue: Wandiligong, Victoria
Join Emily Rose Yoga at Wandiful Produce in the beautiful village of Wandiligong, near Bright in North East Victoria.
We will disconnect from technology and connect with ourselves, each other and nature with present moment awareness. The day will start with a gentle flowing yoga practice and mindfulness techniques, with meditation included throughout. The day includes a bush walking in the native forest close to the biodynamic chestnut farm Wandiful Produce, as well as a tour of the farm while we do some foraging and collect ingredients for our lunch. We will conclude with restorative yoga, relaxation, a closing circle and then a shared warming farm-to-table meal around the fire.
This retreat is suitable for all levels.
** Slow down. Listen Deeply. Connect. *
